How to Sew by Hand: Fixing a Dress

I have at least 10 things in my closet that need altering. But no sewing machine. SO I figured out how to do some simple things by hand. This was project #2. I don't have a "before" picture but all I did was make the skirt taper a bit and lower the hem. Looks a million times better~
Now I'm on to project 3!
