Mint Meltdown Chocolate Cupcakes

Had some frozen mint frosting so I re-made some Mint Chocolate Cupcakes for our Primary class, this time with German chocolate and a little chocolate ganache melt action on top. Reminds me of Dr. Seuss for some reason.
